From Manchester

Take the M56 to the end and then follow signs for Queensferry and North Wales.
Go past the Queensferry turn off.
Follow signs for Buckley and St David's Park Hotel.
Once at the Hotel, turn right at mini roundabout.
Follow road past Redrow building on right, and take next right on to Lakeside.
Dee House is situated on the far right.

From Liverpool

Take the Wallasey Tunnel and follow M53 to Chester.
At Chester join the A55 then the A494 Queensferry.
Stay in left lane and come off at first junction sign posted Buckley at St David's Park Hotel.
At roundabout take right, at mini roundabout take right (Hotel now on your right).
Follow road past Redrow Building on right, and take next right on to Lakeside.
Dee house is situated on the far right.

From London

Take the M6, and then follow M56 (directions as from Manchester for remaining journey).
